Curriculum Focus: Idea Stage | Program Duration: 16 weeks

• Customer Engagement Proof: Conducting interviews, surveys, or focus groups.
• Team Structure Document: Outline roles, positions, and relevant experience.
• Business Impact Document: Demonstrate alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

1. Week 0 Overview of grant components and program setup.
2. Week 1 Assignment: Conduct a minimum of 30 interviews and develop a preliminary prototype.
3. Week 6 You can pitch for a chance to access up to $4,000 to further develop their businesses.

1. Development of a Comprehensive Business Idea: Detailed description of the business concept, including market and value proposition.
2. Prototyping and MVP Development: Creation of a Minimum Viable Product for initial user testing.
3. Investment-ready Pitch Deck: Structured presentation covering the business idea and funding needs.
4. Customer Validation Reports: Evidence of customer feedback and market testing.
5. Business Model Canvas: A completed canvas that clearly illustrates the business model.
